Your wish list of features may be long a complex for your new Construction Loan Management and Disbursement Software system.  

If the Software does not have these 4 things…MOVE ON!

1.      Can you EASILY look at any project in the application and tell if the lender (YOU) control sufficient funds to finish the project at any moment in time?

2.      If you do NOT have sufficient funds, does the system EASILY show you why and guide you on how to fix it?

3.      Do you have the ability to use whatever budget or contract you want and are you able to modify it at any point in time during life of the project?

4.      Does the software provider offer unlimited training and support for FREE for the LIFE of your relationship?
